  • Stained maple or painted MDF cabinetry
  • Full extension soft close drawer slides
  • 3” mission crown
  • Laminate banjo vanity extensions to main bath and ensuite.

Interior Finish and Flooring:

  • 3” paint-grade baseboards
  • 2 1⁄4” paint-grade casings
  • Birch pantry door and full height tile backsplash in the kitchen

Paint and Stain:

  • Three coats (including primer) in a pre-selected white-base paint color
  • Baseboard and casings painted in pre-selected white-base paint color

Electrical:

  • Pot lights on main floor as per plan
  • Pre-selected lighting package.

Plumbing:

  • Chrome faucets and fixtures

Windows and Exterior:

  • Soft coat Low-E windows
  • Landscaped front and rear yard with sod
  

Each District home will receive a minimum rating of 80 on the EnerGuide Rating Scale. Building a more efficient home not only helps protect our environment, but it will also save you money.
